POTATO CHICKEN CASSEROLE 
Chicken pieces of your choice
1 lg. pkg. Southern Style hash browns
1 can cream of chicken soup
1 pt. sour cream
1 med. onion, chopped
2 tsp. sage
2 tsp. poultry seasoning
1 1/2 tsp. garlic juice or 3 cloves smashed
1/2 tsp. salt

Thaw the potatoes. Mix the rest of the ingredients. Add the thawed potatoes and put into a 9x13 pan. Place chicken pieces on top and give them a light spraying of Pam. Bake at 350 for 1 hour 15 minutes. This can be prepared beforehand and refrigerated. Vary the seasonings to your taste.
