BROCCOLI SALAD 
1 whole bunch fresh broccoli
1/2 c. celery
1/2 c. onion or scallions
1/2 c. stuffed green olives
4 hard boiled eggs
1 c. mayonnaise

Chop first five ingredients. Mix with mayonnaise. Will stay fresh three or four days, covered in refrigerator.
