LIME-HORSERADISH CREAM SALAD 
2 pkgs. (3 oz. each) lime-flavored gelatin
1 1/2 c. boiling water
1 1/2 c. cold water
2 pkgs. (3 oz. each) cream cheese
2/3 c. dairy sour cream
1 tbsp. prepared horseradish
1 tbsp. minced green onion
1 c. chopped celery
Lettuce
Watercress
Carrot curls

Pour boiling water over gelatin in a bowl and stir until dissolved. Stir in cold water. Chill until partially set, then whip until light and fluffy.

Meanwhile, beat cream cheese until softened. Add sour cream and next 4 ingredients. Blend well. Pour into mold. Chill until set. Garnish with lettuce, watercress or carrot curls.
