SHERMA'S SPAGHETTI SAUCE MEAT | |
1 lb. LEAN ground meat 1 med. onion, chopped 1/2 c. green pepper, chopped 1/2 tsp. pepper 1 tbsp. garlic powder 1 1/2 tsp. oregano 1 (8 oz.) can tomato sauce 1 (15 oz.) can whole tomatoes Brown meat, onions and peppers in 1 teaspoon olive oil. Add garlic powder and pepper. Chop up the whole tomatoes; add tomatoes and tomato sauce to meat, then add oregano. Simmer for 30 minutes. Mix with or pour over cooked spaghetti. |
