TEXAS TORTILLA CASSEROLE 
1 lb. ground beef
1/2 c. chopped onion
2 (8 oz.) cans tomato sauce
1 tbsp. chili powder
1 tsp. salt
1 (8 oz.) pkg. tortillas (corn)
2 c. shredded cheddar cheese

Brown meat; add onion. Stir in tomato sauce, chili powder and salt. Alternate layers in a 1 1/2 quart casserole dish of meat, tortillas and cheese. Bake at 325 degrees for 30 minutes.
