2 lbs. ground beef
1 med. onion

Fry. Season with salt, drain.

1 med. onion
1 sm. can refried beans
1 can chilies and tomatoes (Ro-Tel brand), slightly drained
2-3 c. grated Monterey Jack cheese
Taco sauce
Guacamole

Layer ingredients in 1 1/2 - 2 inch glass dish. Drizzle taco sauce over top. Bake at 400 degrees for 40 minutes. Put guacamole on top. Serve with taco chips to dip.
