“FRIED DILL PICKLES” IS IN:
NEXT RECIPE:  GERMAN PANCAKES

FRIED DILL PICKLES 
1 egg, beaten
1 cup milk
1 tbsp. all-purpose flour
1 tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
6 drops hot sauce
3 1/2 cups all-purpose flour
3/4 tsp. salt
3/4 tsp. pepper
1 quart sliced dill pickles
vegetable oil for deep frying

Combine first 5 ingredients, stirring well. Set aside.

Combine 3 1/2 cups flour, salt and pepper, stirring well. Dip pickles in milk mixture and dredge in flour mixture, repeat process.

Deep fry in hot oil, 350°F until pickles float to surface and are golden brown. Drain on paper towels.

I have sort of strange question I have never done any frying. Not even made fried chicken so my questions are the following: how much oil to use and what type of pot, skillet, etc. I really would like to try this recipe, all you seemed to really like it and I like to try new food, I have never had them before. So i tried this recipe only I changed the ingredients. Instead of dill pickles I used bread and butter pickles! They made them more of a sweet taste than sour. Well great recipe thank you!
