SUGAR-FREE BREAD PUDDING | |
6 c. French bread, cut into pieces 2 tbsp. melted butter (tub) 1/2 c. Sugar Twin 1 (12 oz.) can evaporated skimmed milk (or bottle) 2 tsp. vanilla extract 1 c. raisins 1 (10 1/2 oz.) can pineapple tidbits, undrained 4 egg whites Combine first 6 ingredients. Stir and set aside for 10 minutes. Stir in fruit. Fold in stiffly beaten egg whites and mix gently. Pour into a 12x7x3 inch baking dish or buttered pan. Bake at 350 degrees for 50 minutes. makes 12 servings. Pour a pudding mix over cooked pudding, if desired. EAT AND ENJOY! |
