SUGAR-FREE BREAD PUDDING 
8 slices low calorie bread
4 c. milk
4 eggs
4 pkgs. Sweet 'N' Low
1/4 c. raisins
1 tsp. vanilla

Scald milk. Spray pan with Pam. Sprinkle raisins in pan. Break up bread on top of raisins.

Mix eggs, vanilla, Sweet 'N' Low with milk. Pour on top of bread, sprinkle top with cinnamon.

Set pan in another pan with water.

Bake at 350 degrees about 1 hour, until knife comes out clean.
