1 c. crunchy peanut butter (Peter Pan is best)
1 c. sugar
1 egg

Mix peanut butter and sugar. Then add egg and mix well. (Best when mixed by hand.) Shape into 1/2 inch balls. Place in ungreased cookie sheet. Flatten with a fork - criss crossed. Bake 12-15 minutes at 350 degrees.
