SEAFOOD STEAK MARINADE 
1/2 c. light soy sauce
1/4 c. catsup
1/4 c. parsley
1/2 c. orange juice
2 cloves garlic, mashed
2 tsp. lemon juice
1 tsp. pepper

1 1/2 to 2 pound swordfish, shark, salmon or halibut steaks 1 inch thick. Marinate fish 1 hour in above ingredients. Brushing frequently with marinade.
