N.'S CHICKEN ITALIAN STYLE 
8 boneless chicken breasts
2 c. Italian flavored bread crumbs
Olive oil
1 lg. jar Prego sauce
2 c. Mozzarella cheese
Spaghetti or linguini

Pound chicken breasts to about 1/2" thick. Coat in bread crumbs and fry in olive oil until golden brown. Drain on paper towels. Heat sauce and pour 1/2 into the bottom of 13"x9" pan. Arrange chicken on sauce, top with remaining sauce and then Mozzarella cheese. Serve on a bed of pasta.
