SQUASH BREAD 
4 c. flour
1 tsp. baking soda
1 tsp. baking powder
1 1/4 tsp. salt
2 tsp. cinnamon
2 tsp. vanilla
1 c. chopped pecans or walnuts
1 tsp. nutmeg
1/2 tsp. ground cloves
3 eggs, beaten
2 c. sugar
1 c. vegetable oil
3 c. cooked squash

Mix all dry ingredients, then all other ingredients thoroughly. Bake in greased and floured pans at 350 degrees for about one hour.

Yields 2 loaves.
