COCONUT MAKES IT OWN CRUST 
2 c. milk
1 c. coconut
1 tsp. vanilla
1/4 c. melted butter
4 eggs
1 1/2 c. sugar
1 1/2 c. flour

Combine the ingredients in order; pour into a greased 10 inch pan. Bake at 350 degrees for 45 minutes. You can substitute pineapple in place of coconut if desired.
