GRAHAM CRACKER CRUST 
1/4 c. sugar
1/3 c. softened butter
1 1/4 c. graham cracker crumbs

Mix sugar and butter; blend in the crumbs. Turn into 9 inch pie pan. Press over bottom and sides with finger. Do not bake.

Note: Other crumbs may be used such as arrowroot cookies, cornstarch, or whole wheat. In most of Latin American, you will find a round cookie called "Maria" which serves very nicely. There are others too that are very good.
