1 1/2 c. cornmeal
1/2 c. flour
2 small onions, finely chopped
1 can whole kernel corn (Stokely's is the best)
2 eggs

Mix all together. Drop by tablespoon into hot oil. Cook until golden brown. Drain on paper towels.
