EASY NUT FUDGE 
2 c. sugar
16 lg. marshmallows
Dash of salt
1 c. chopped nuts
1 (12 oz.) pkgs. chocolate chips
1 tsp. vanilla
1/4 c. butter
1 c. evaporated milk
1/2 c. peanut butter

Combine sugar, butter, marshmallows, salt and milk. Cook over medium heat for 5 minutes after it comes to a rolling boil, stirring while it cooks. Remove from heat, add vanilla and chocolate chips. Stir until melted, then add peanut butter and nuts. Blend well and spread in a greased 9"x13" pan (use a smaller pan for thicker fudge). Cool and cut into desired pieces.
