SOUR CREAM COFFEE CAKE 
1/2 c. butter
1 c. sugar
1 tsp. vanilla
2 eggs
2 c. flour
1/4 tsp. salt
1 tsp. baking powder
1 tsp. baking soda
1 c. sour cream

Cream butter and sugar. Add eggs and vanilla. Sift dry ingredients together and add alternately with sour cream.

STREUSEL FILLING:

3 tbsp. flour
3/4 c. brown sugar
3 tbsp. melted butter
2 tsp. cinnamon

Spread 1/2 the batter in 9 x 13 pan, which has been sprayed with no stick cooking spray. Sprinkle 1/2 of brown sugar mixture over batter, cover with remaining batter and sprinkle again with remaining filling. Bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes.
