WASSAIL 
1 gallon cider
3 tsp. allspice
1 tsp. ground cloves
1 c. lemon juice
2 stick cinnamon
2 c. sugar
1/4 tsp. nutmeg
4 c. frozen orange juice
2 oranges
Whole cloves

Heat to boiling. Serve hot. Float oranges on top. Serves 40.

Wassail orange: stud 2 oranges with whole cloves (about 1/2 inch apart). Place in baking dish with 1/2 cup water. Cover and bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes. Float orange on top of wassail.
