WASSAIL (PUNCH) 
1 gal. apple cider or juice
1 qt. orange juice
1 c. sugar
1 qt. pineapple juice
1 c. lemon juice
Cloves to taste
Cinnamon sticks

Place cloves and cinnamon (either whole or ground) in small cloth and tie. Mix all ingredients; drop in cloth bag of spices. heat to boiling and boil for 10 minutes. Simmer for 20 minutes and heat wassail before serving. Float orange slices on top of wassail in punch bowl. Be careful if you use a glass punch bowl, which is mostly used for cold punch, not hot. It will break.
