EASY CHICKEN | |
8 pieces cut up chicken of your choice 1 beaten egg (2 if necessary) Progresso Italian style bread crumbs Some oil Wash and thoroughly dry chicken pieces. Dip in beaten egg one piece at a time. Pour some bread crumbs on a piece of wax paper. Roll chicken in crumbs and coat well. Place in ungreased pyrex pan. Drizzle about 1/2 teaspoon oil over each piece. Add a little salt and pepper to taste. Bake in 400 degree oven, uncovered, for 1/2 hour. Turn each piece and bake for 1/2 hour more. Very tender and moist. |
