6 medium potatoes
1 small onion
1/4 c. flour
1 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. pepper
2 pkg. shredded cheese
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1 (8 oz.) sour cream

Mix all ingredients together and bake at 350°F for 1 hour. Top with cheese and melt.
