CREAMY TURKEY PATTIES 
5 oz. ground turkey
3 tbsp. seasoned diced bread crumbs
1 egg white
2 tbsp. chopped onion
1 tbsp. chopped fresh parsley
1 garlic clove, minced
2 tsp. oil
1 tbsp. whipped butter
2 tsp. flour
1/2 c. low-fat milk (1%)
1/4 c. water
1 pkg. instant chicken broth & seasoning mix

In medium bowl combine turkey, bread crumbs, egg white, onion, 2 teaspoons parsley and the garlic; mix well. Shape mixture into 4 equal patties; set aside.

In 9 inch non-stick skillet heat oil; add patties to skillet and cook over medium heat, turning once. Transfer patties to plate and set aside.

In same skillet melt butter; sprinkle with flour and stir quickly to combine. Cook over medium-high heat. Stirring constantly for 1 minute. Gradually stir in milk, water, broth mix and rest of parsley. Increase heat and cook until thickened. Return turkey patties to sauce and cook until heated through. Makes 2 servings (2 patties) at 274 calories each.
