TURKEY PATTIES ORIENTAL 
1 1/4 lb. fresh ground turkey
1/3 c. fine dry bread crumbs
1 egg
3/4 tsp. garlic salt
1 tbsp. cooking oil
Oriental sauce, see below
2 stalks celery, cut diagonally in 1/4 inch slices
1 med. onion, cut in thin rings
1 med. green pepper, cut in 3/4 inch pieces
2 med. tomatoes, cut in 1/8ths

Mix first 4 ingredients. Form into 4 to 6 patties, each about 3/4 inch thick. Heat oil in large skillet over medium high heat. Saute burgers 3 minutes on each side, until browned. Mix Oriental Sauce and pour over burgers; bring to boil, stirring occasionally. Reduce heat; add celery, onion and pepper. Simmer, covered, 6 minutes. Salt and pepper to taste. Add tomato; simmer 2 to 3 minutes until meat is no longer pink. 4 to 6 servings.

Oriental Sauce: Mix 1 cup chicken broth, 1 tablespoon soy sauce, 2 teaspoons cornstarch, 1 teaspoons each sugar and vinegar and dash white pepper in small bowl.
