MARGIE'S TURKEY PATTIES 
1 lb. ground turkey
1/2 c. fresh bread crumbs
2 to 3 tbsp. onion, finely chopped
2 to 3 tbsp. green pepper, finely chopped
2 to 3 tbsp. carrot, finely chopped
2 to 3 tbsp. celery, finely chopped
1/4 tsp. garlic salt
Salt & pepper to taste
1 egg

Put all ingredients in bowl and mix. Make patties. Brown patties in oil and butter. Squeeze lemon on top. Remove patties from pan. Add 1/2 cup chix broth and squeeze a little more lemon into pan. Deglaze pan and add thickener (flour & water). Makes a little gravy. Put patties back in pan to warm.
