HARDEE'S CINNAMON RAISIN BISCUITS | |
3/4 c. shortening 3 tbsp. sugar 2 c. buttermilk 1 1/2 tsp. cinnamon 4 c. self-rising flour 1 tbsp. baking powder 1/2 c. raisins Mix dry ingredients and shortening. Add buttermilk and raisins. Mix and roll out about 1 inch thick. Cut. Bake 500 degrees until brown. Ice with powdered sugar glaze. Makes 10 or 12 biscuits. |
