SHERRIED CHICKEN LIVERS | |
3 tbsp. butter 2 lbs. chicken livers (as small as possible) 1 can mushroom soup 1/3 c. water 1/4 c. sherry Saute in butter, chicken livers, until done (10 to 15 minutes). Add the soup, water, and sherry. Simmer for 5 minutes. Serve over chow mein noodles or rice. |
