TURKEY VEGETABLE STUFFING 
3/4 c. green pepper, chopped
1/2 c. chopped onion
3/4 c. diced celery
2 c. canned whole kernel corn
2 c. canned peas
1/2 c. butter
1 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. pepper
1/4 tsp. thyme
1/4 tsp. sage
2 eggs, slightly beat

Saute green pepper, onions and celery in butter until tender. Combine corn, peas and eggs; mix lightly.
