TORTILLA SNACKS 
Flour tortillas
16 oz. cream cheese
16 oz. sour cream
1 sm. can diced green mild chilies
1 c. chopped olives
1/2 - 1 c. grated Cheddar cheese

Combine ingredients; smear onto tortilla. Roll up tightly. Wrap in plastic wrap. Place in refrigerator for 4 hours or overnight. Unwrap and slice into 1/2 inch bite size pieces.
