TORTILLA ROLL-UPS 
8 oz. sour cream
8 oz. cream cheese
4 oz. diced green chilies, drained
4 oz. black olives, drained
1 c. Cheddar cheese, grated
1/2 c. chopped green onions
1 tbsp. taco seasoning
5 (10 inch) flour tortillas (the thinnest you can find)
Picante sauce

Mix sour cream, cream cheese, chilies, olives, cheese, onion and taco seasoning together until spreadable. Spread on tortillas. Roll up like jelly roll as tight as you can. Wrap in plastic wrap and twist ends. Cool - slice just before serving in 1 inch slices. Serve with picante sauce.

I use a version of this recipe most often, alot of people use the ham recipe. I don't use taco seasoning or olives but that might be good to try. I do use the green chiles as I personally like those. Have fun with these.
