FLOUR TORTILLA ROLL-UPS 
1 pkg. 10 inch tortilla
1 pkg. dry HIDDEN VALLEY® Ranch dressing
1/2 c. sour cream
1/2 c. mayonnaise
6 finely chopped scallions
1/2 lb. crisp crumbled bacon
1 (10 oz.) pkg drained, squeezed, thawed spinach

Combine all ingredients. Spread thin layer on each tortilla. Roll up. Wrap tightly in aluminum foil. Freeze 2 hours. Slice into 1/2 inch slices.
