TORTILLA ROLL UPS 
1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
1/3 c. chunky salsa
1/4 c. chopped green onions
1/2 tsp. garlic salt
1/2 tsp. chili powder
12 (10 inch) flour tortillas

Beat cream cheese until smooth. Add remaining ingredients; mix well. Spread heaping tablespoons of mixture on each tortilla. Roll up into jelly roll fashion. Place seam down on baking sheet. Cover and chill 2 hours. Slice into 4 pieces.
