SALTINE CRACKER PIE 
3 egg whites
1/2 c. sugar
1/2 c. 10 X light brown sugar
20 to 30 crushed saltines
4 tbsp. butter, melted and cooled
1 tsp. vanilla extract
1 c. pecans, chopped

Beat egg whites until stiff. Add remaining ingredients. Bake 20 minutes at 350 degrees. Top with Dream Whip or ice cream. Makes 1 (9 inch) pie.
