SALMON CORNUCOPIAS 
1 (3 oz.) pkg. cream cheese, room temperature
2 to 3 tsp. horseradish
1 tbsp. snipped fresh chive
1/4 lb. smoked salmon, thinly sliced

Blend cream cheese, horseradish and chives in small bowl. Divide mixture among salmon slices and spread evenly. Form each slice into cornucopia. Arrange on platter and serve. Serves 8.
