GOLUMPKI (Stuffed Cabbage) 
1 med. head cabbage, cored & parboiled
1 tsp. A-1 sauce
3 lb. hamburger
1 egg
Garlic salt, salt & pepper to taste
1 med. onion, diced
1 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
1 1/2 c. cooked rice

Combine all ingredients in a bowl. Peel the cabbage layer by layer. Take small handful of mixture and roll inside the cabbage leaf. After all mixture is rolled into cabbage leaves; place in shallow baking pan. Over the top, pour 1 can of tomato soup and 1 can of cream of mushroom soup. Bake in oven at 350 degrees for approximately 1-1 1/2 hours. Note: Cabbage rolls may be made up and frozen ahead of time.
