ROYAL SPAGHETTI SAUCE WITH
MUSHROOMS
 
1 gallon can tomato sauce
1 lb. ground beef
1 lb. Italian sausage
8 oz. mushroom stems and pieces
3 oz. diced onions
1 tbsp. parsley flakes
1 tsp. garlic powder
1 tsp. black pepper
1/2 tsp. salt

Precook sausage and beef. Drain off all grease. Add meat to all ingredients and simmer for 2 to 4 hours. It is best when cooked longer.

Note: Add mushrooms toward the end. This makes a large batch. Place over spaghetti or lasagne.
