CREAM OF CAULIFLOWER SOUP 
1/2 head or 1 pkg. frozen cauliflower
Celery
Onion
2 tsp. chicken bouillon
Milk
Sm. amount of butter
2 tbsp. cornstarch
Water

Cook cauliflower, celery and onion in water with 1/2 teaspoon salt. Cut cauliflower into small pieces when cooked. Stir in bouillon. Add milk to color and small amount of butter. Thicken with cornstarch and water. Simmer.
