AMBROSIA 
1 (8 oz.) pkg. strawberry Jello
2 c. boiling water
1 c. cold water

Combine all 3 in large bowl and refrigerate only 1 hour. 1 (8 oz.) pkg. softened cream cheese 1 (8 oz.) container Cool Whip (or 1/2 pt. heavy cream) 1 can pineapple chunks

Blend cheese and cream until lumps are the size of peas. Blend into Jello. Fold in pineapple and nuts with Jello mixture. Refrigerate 2 hours. Garnish with sliced fruit and serve.
