AMBROSIA 
2 lg. orange or peach Jello (dry, no water)
2 lg. cans mandarin oranges
1 lg. container Cool Whip
1 lg. can crushed pineapple
1 lg. carton sm. curd cottage cheese

Drain fruit; add dry Jello and cottage cheese. Add the well drained fruit. Fold in Cool Whip and pour into serving dish. Refrigerate.
