1 butter recipe cake mix (do not follow directions on cake mix)
4 eggs
1/2 c. oil
1 can mandarin oranges (11 oz.), juice & all

ICING:

1 lg. tub Cool Whip (13 oz.)
1 sm. instant lemon pudding mix
1 med. can crushed pineapple (juice & all)
Yellow food coloring, if desired

Mix and bake in 2 greased and floured layer pans at 350 degrees. Combine icing ingredients.

Serves 8-10.
