PARFAIT CAKE 
1 pkg. white cake mix
1 pkg. any flavor fruit gelatin
4 eggs
2/3 c. cooking oil
2/3 c. water
1/2 tsp. lemon extract

Beat eggs, add cake mix and water. Beat well, add gelatin in its powder form, oil and lemon extract. Blend thoroughly. Bake in ungreased angel food tube pan at 375 degrees for 1 hour. Let cool in pan face up. Do not invert. Save plain or iced.
