BREAKFAST BEFORE 
1 lb. spicy or regular sausage
6 eggs
1/4 tsp. salt
2 c. milk
1 tsp. dry mustard
2 slices of white bread, cubed (or croutons or stuffing bread)
1 c. grated sharp cheddar cheese

Saute sausage and drain. Beat eggs with milk, salt and mustard. Layer the bread cubes, sausage and cheese in greased 9x13 inch baking pan. Pour egg mixture on top. Refrigerate overnight. Next morning, bake at 350 degrees for about 45 minutes.

This is fine to make on Saturday, refrigerate, then pop into the oven on Sunday morning for breakfast.
