MOTHER SHAW'S COFFEE CREAM FUDGE 
2 c. sugar
2 tbsp. light corn syrup
1/2 c. coffee
1/4 c. evaporated milk
1/4 tsp. vanilla
Pinch salt

Combine sugar, syrup, coffee, milk and salt. Cook to soft ball stage. Add vanilla and beat until creamy. Pour into well oiled pan. Cut into squares.
