BROCCOLI PUFF 
1 (10 oz.) pkg. frozen, chopped broccoli
1 c. Bisquick
1 c. milk
2 eggs
1/2 tsp. salt
1 c. shredded cheddar cheese

Cook broccoli as directed on package and drain well. Combine Bisquick, milk, eggs and salt in bowl. Use hand beater or whisk to mix ingredients until smooth. Stir in broccoli and cheese. Pour into buttered 7 x 11 casserole. Bake at 350 degrees 30 to 40 minutes until knife inserted in center comes out clean. This recipe is great when cut up in small squares and served as an appetizer.
