MEAT - ZA - PIE 
1 lb. ground beef
2/3 c. evaporated milk
1/2 c. bread crumbs
1/2 tsp. garlic salt
1/3 c. tomato paste or catsup
1 (2 oz.) can sliced mushrooms
1 c. sharp shredded cheddar cheese
1/4 tsp. oregano (crumbled)
2 tsp. grated Parmesan cheese

Place meat, evaporated milk, bread crumbs and garlic salt in a pie tin. Mix thoroughly with fork. Pat this mixture evenly on bottom and sides of pie tin; press firmly into place on sides and rim.

Spread tomato paste over meat mixture. Drain mushrooms and place over tomato paste. Top with shredded sharp cheddar cheese and over this sprinkle crumbled oregano. Complete with 2 tablespoons grated Parmesan cheese. Bake in 375 degree oven for 25 minutes or until meat is done and cheese is lightly browned.
