STRAWBERRY PRETZEL SALAD 
2 c. unsalted pretzels, chopped
3/4 c. butter, melted
2 tbsp. sugar
1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese, softened
1 c. sugar
1 (8 oz.) container Cool Whip
2 pkgs. frozen sliced strawberries
a (6 oz.) box strawberry Jello
2 c. boiling water

Combine first 3 ingredients. Spread in a 9 x 13 inch pan and bake 8 minutes at 375 degrees. Cool. Blend cream cheese and 1 cup sugar together; stir in Cool Whip. Spread over cooled pretzel layer. Stir Jello into boiling water, add frozen strawberries. Stir occasionally until strawberries break apart (about 10 minutes). Pour Jello mixture on cream cheese mixture and refrigerate overnight or until set.
