CRABMEAT SUPREME 
8 slices diced white bread
2 cans or c. shrimp
2 cans or c. crabmeat
1 onion, chopped
1 c. celery, chopped fine
1/2 c. green pepper, chopped
1/2 c. mayonnaise
4 eggs, beaten
3 c. milk
1 can mushroom soup
Grated American cheese
Paprika

Mix shredded crab, shrimp, onion, celery, green pepper, and mayonnaise. Spread over half of bread cubes in buttered casserole. Put remaining half of cubes on top.

Mix eggs, milk, pour over mixture in casserole. Cover and refrigerate overnight. Bake 15 minutes at 350 degrees, then spoon soup over top. Sprinkle with cheese and paprika. Bake 1 hour longer until top is golden brown.
