QUICK BEEF STROGANOFF 
1 lb. stewing beef or 3 cube steaks
1 onion, chopped
Garlic to taste
1 can mushroom soup
1 sm. can mushrooms
1 c. sour cream
2 tbsp. catsup
1 tbsp. Worcestershire sauce

Trim fat from beef. Saute onion and garlic. Brown meat. Add soup, mushrooms, catsup, Worcestershire sauce and lastly sour cream. Heat thoroughly, but do not boil. Serve over rice or noodles. 6 servings.
