BONNIES BEEF STROGANOFF 
2 lb. round steak
1/2 tsp. salt
1/8 tsp. pepper
4 tbsp. butter
Dash onion salt
1/4 tsp. garlic powder
3 tbsp. flour
1 beef bouillon cube
1 tbsp. catsup
1 can beef clear broth
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1/4 c. sour cream
Rice or noodles

Trim meat, cut into pieces, brown meat in single layer in 1 tablespoon butter at high heat. Remove as soon as brown, add more meat until all is brown and set aside.

Add 3 tablespoons butter to pan, then flour, bouillon cube, salts, garlic pepper, catsup and stir until smooth. Gradually add beef broth, bring to boil. Boil 5 minutes over low heat. Add mushroom soup and sour cream, stirring well. Add meat. Simmer slowly until sauce is hot. Serve over noodles or rice.
