STUFFED STEAK ROLL 
round steak
mustard
chopped onion
salt and pepper
bread crumbs
poultry seasoning
2 to 3 cans cream of celery soup, plus a little water

You will need toothpicks and foil.

Spread mustard on round steak. Add bread crumbs, chopped onion, salt, pepper and poultry seasoning. Roll the steak up and put toothpicks to keep from unrolling. Place in baking pan. Add soup over steak roll; cover with foil.

Bake about 1 hour or until steak is done in 350°F oven.

Makes 4 servings. Preparation time: 1 hour.
